About Us

Bektrom Foods is a primary manufacturer of private label products, established with the goal to meet the needs of the retail food trade.

Our headquarters is within a historic building in Monroe, Michigan that was founded as a flour mill in the early 1900's, and has been producing and packaging baking mixes since 1981.

Since then, the operation has expanded far beyond baking mixes (including cake, cookie, muffin and breakfast mixes), with categories such as deluxe mac and cheese dinners, instant potatoes, skillet dinner kits, pasta salad kits, stuffing, instant cups, and spices.

All of our products are produced within our plants in North Dakota and Michigan, with the exception of the spices, which are imported from our BRC –SQF certified facility that is solely operated by Bektrom in Tianjin, China.
Our products are manufactured using the highest quality ingredients. Our house brands are available at many retailers throughout the United States.

Bektrom Foods offers distribution centers in North Dakota and Michigan, which provides flexible freight and logistics advantages for our customers. We cross dock from our ND facility to our MI location to allow customers to pick up more skus, to allow less inventory in their warehouse and fresh product in their stores at all times.
